Prelaunch policy draft

Eligible goods and representations

Sellers may offer only permitted physical trading cards and collectibles that they have the right to sell. Each listing must truthfully describe the exact physical item, including identity, condition, alterations, authenticity concerns, and other material facts.

Fulfillment

A seller must ship within 72 hours after authoritative payment confirmation and submit supported tracking and shipment proof. Failure to fulfill can lead to cancellation, refund review, account restrictions, or other remedies stated in the final terms.

Payout control

Payment success is not seller payout. Seller funds remain ineligible until the transaction reaches the required finality state. Fulfillment, the buyer claim window, returns, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, compliance review, and integrity holds can delay or prevent eligibility.

Onboarding

Before selling, a seller may need to complete identity, business, tax, bank-account, and payment-provider requirements. Final fees, payout timing, restricted goods, and legal contracting details will be presented before seller activation.
