Marketplace policy

Claims, returns, and refunds

The planned workflow separates buyer claims, governed decisions, physical returns, provider refunds, and seller payout eligibility.

Prelaunch policy draft

Claim window

Once commerce opens, an eligible buyer will have 24 hours after confirmed delivery to open a claim about delivery, identity, authenticity, condition, damage, or another covered item issue. Supporting evidence may be required.

Governed review

A claim does not automatically determine its outcome or refund amount. Aksu House may deny a claim, approve a refund without requiring a return, require a tracked return before refund completion, or escalate the matter for additional review.

Returns

When a return is required, the buyer must follow the issued return instructions and preserve the item and evidence. Refund processing may wait for reconciled return delivery and inspection.

Refunds and finality

Approved amounts are determined by server-authoritative transaction records and governed decisions, then reconciled with the payment provider. Claims, returns, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, or integrity holds can block transaction finality and seller payout eligibility.
